Our Give Back mission is to financially contribute to the sustainability of folkloric diasporic dance companies locally and around the world without adding any additional tasks to their workload.

The vision behind the Give Back Program is to support the cultural bearers that provide our local and nationwide community with access to cultural arts directly from the source.

As you know, a lot of our master teachers struggle to sustain their particular companies, given the high demand of time, effort, detail and money it takes to direct a globally recognized performing arts company with limited resources. 

With this program, we will be able to influence consumers and diasporic scholars to donate directly to cultural bearer's while going about their everyday experiences like dancing or shopping!

When customers around the world buy a circle skirt from our collection via our site, A portion of the proceeds goes directly towards the sustainability of partnering performing arts nonprofit organizations and independently owned companies. 

At Checkout, there will be a drop down menu where customers will be guided to choose which partner arts company they would like the "Give Back" proceeds to go to.

Our competitive inventory pricing includes the proceeds built into the price of EVERY skirt so customers can feel protected knowing that we are not expecting additional money outside of their purchase and know that they are making a huge impact on the sustainability of cultural artists when they buy a piece of clothing to express themselves!

This program encourages folkloric company directors around the world to send their intergenerational students, company members and wider arts affiliates to our one-stop-shop to purchase handmade circle skirts, custom designs and more for classes, performances, artistic projects and Everyday Cultural Wear. 

We aim to make their whole shopping experience even more special and VIP because some of that $ goes directly  to their Maestros and essentially back into the company they learn so much from! How cool is that?!

Partnership offers will be effective starting October 1, 2024. 

After 3 months, if the program is lucrative for your company and engaging for LHD, we would love to maintain our partnership with your company for a subscription fee of $7.50/month to help sustain the transactional fees included in the program.
